Founding Member Terms (Draft)

DRAFT STRUCTURE — prepared for review by legal counsel before public launch. Not attorney-approved language.

  1. A Founders Elite membership is a product purchase: lifetime Fusion Copilot Pro access plus defined membership benefits.
  2. It is not an investment. Membership provides no equity, no ownership in Whisper Systems, LLC, no shares, no voting rights, no revenue share, no profit participation, and no expectation of financial return.
  3. Lifetime access means access for the operating life of the Fusion Copilot service, tied to a single account. It is not a guarantee that the service will operate for any particular duration.
  4. Third-party market-data fees are not included. Where a market requires exchange or market-data fees (for example, futures market data), those fees are passed through at cost to members who choose to enable that market; enabling such markets is optional. Crypto currently carries no such fee.
  5. Product features may evolve during development; specific planned functionality may change before launch.
  6. Product availability may be delayed; beta software may contain bugs.
  7. Feedback priority means earlier review by the team; it does not guarantee any feature will be implemented.
  8. Memberships are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
  9. Refund eligibility follows the published refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.
  10. These terms incorporate the Whisper Systems Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclaimer.
