No. A Founders Elite membership is a purchase of product access and membership benefits. It does not provide equity, ownership, revenue participation, voting rights, or any financial interest in Whisper Systems, LLC.
What does lifetime access mean?
Access to Fusion Copilot Pro for the operating life of the Fusion Copilot service — every feature the platform has now and everything added later. One payment, tied to one account, no subscription and no renewal, ever. Lifetime describes the term of your access, not a guarantee that the service will operate for any particular duration.
When will I receive Fusion Copilot?
The crypto terminal exists today and Founders receive early access as the rollout proceeds; full commercial access begins at launch. We do not promise specific dates.
What if Fusion is delayed?
Your membership is lifetime, so a delay never consumes anything you paid for — early access continues throughout the rollout.
Are market-data fees included?
The membership covers the Fusion Copilot software for life. If a future market requires third-party exchange or market-data fees — for example, futures market data — those fees are not included and are passed through at cost to members who choose to enable that market. Crypto today carries no such fee.
Will Founders receive every future Fusion feature?
Lifetime access covers every feature Fusion Copilot Pro ships. Feedback priority means earlier review by the team, not guaranteed implementation of any specific request.
Can Founders Elite sell out?

Can I transfer my membership?
